Coil designed for less energy consumption and wider voltage band-width

TeSys Giga high power contactor, 3 poles (3 NO) for category AC-3 applications up to 265A 160kW@440V. It provides a 48-130V AC/DC wide band low consumption electronic coil and embedded highly reliability 1NO+1NC auxiliary contact block (17V 1mA). Designed for demanding applications with maximum operating rates up to 600 cycles per hour and environments until 60°C. It procures high reliability and durability with 5 Mcycles mechanical durability. Local Contact Wear Diagnosis (CWD) as standard function, continuous monitoring with healthy and alarm indicators. It is possibility to replace switching module (main contacts), enhancement contactor life. Contactor can be fixed in all quadrants, maintenance without removing cables/busbars, and OLR could be directly mounted below contactor. To be used with power connection by bolted connection and control connections by spring terminals, accessible from front for easy and quick replacement. It provides IP2x protection in Front face with shrouds conforming to IEC 60529 and VDE 0106. It can cover -25°C to 60°C operation ambient air temperature and directly mounted on plate, No derating up to 3000m altitude. The dimension is 290mm x 140mm x 209mm (H x W x D), compact size enables panel space savings. Multi standards certified (CE,CB,CCC,cULus,EAC,KC,RCM,Marine). Unique QR code provides quick access to complete product data.
