TeSys K Overload Relays
Tesys K thermal overload relays are designed to protect a.c. circuits and motors against overloads.
Simple to select and install at optimized budget
The range delivers strong performance for its compact size and promises seamless integration in all applications.
Widely used for industry, infrastructure and building applications.
Designed for simple control systems
TeSys K overload relays are designed to be used with TeSys K contactors to make a motor starter. These differential thermal overload relays detect over currents in the lines to the motor. When an overcurrent is detected the overload relay working with the contactor will disconnect the power to the motor. This will minimize the damage to the motor windings. This overload relay has an adjustable trip current rating of 2.6 to 3.7 amperes. This trip current rating is calibrated per Class 10A. Mounting on DIN rail, separated from the contactor, with use of a terminal block LA7K0064 (to be ordered separately). Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC).
