Returns

At Schneider Electric you have a 30-day  cooling-off period, which starts on the day after you receive the items. One of the ways you can return your order is by filling in the online return form, after which we will send you the return instructions.As soon as we receive the return, we will send you an update by e-mail.

How to return an order

 

Return in 4 steps

 

1. Find your order

Do you have an account? Log in and you will see an overview of all your orders. Click on the order that you want to return and fill in the return form online.

Don't have an account yet? You can search your order via https://shop.se.com/uk/en/sales/guest/form/ using your order number.

 

2. Fill in the return form

You can add multiple items and multiple quantities on one return form.

 

3. Receive return instructions by email

When you have submitted a return request, you will receive the return instructions by e-mail.

 

4. Send the articles

In order to process your return as quickly as possible, we would like to ask you to include the packing slip with the return

1. Please use an appropriate box and cushioning material and ensure the package is securely taped.

2. Ensure there are no other tracking labels attached to your package.

3. If reusing packaging, remove or blackout old shipping labels including their barcode(s).

4. Securely attach the shipping label provided to the exterior of your package using clear plastic tape.

 We will keep you informed about the status of your return by e-mail. We aim to process your return within 5 working days of receipt.

Return conditions

Items ordered via shop.se can be returned within the cooling-off period of 30 days.

This is only possible when they have not been used, are in their original condition and are provided with the original factory packaging and instructions. Please make sure that the product does not get dirty/damaged during viewing.

 If the product is not in the same condition as received, then we reserve the right to deduct money from the refund to cover the costs.

 

Item received damaged

If an item is received damaged, please contact our customer service team. Please note photographic evidence may be requested to process your return, we ask for as much detail as possible about the damage, so that we can action the most appropriate solution.

 

Faulty/defective items

Before returning a faulty or defective item please contact the Wiser Technical Support team as most faults can be resolved over the phone or via an email. The Wiser Technical Support Team can be contacted on 0333 6000 622 option 2, or email support@schneider-electric.zendesk.com. Opening hours Monday to Friday 8.00-21.00 and Saturday to Sunday 9.00-17.00.

 

Cancel my return request

It is possible to cancel your return request, you can always change your mind. Have you not yet delivered the return shipment to a DHL point? Then let customer service know. We will then ensure that the return request is undone.

 

Drop off items for return

Return costs

After your return request has been accepted, you can return your order to your local DHL drop off point. The cost for returning your product is pre-paid by us.

 

Didn't receive email?

Your return request will be assessed by us after completing the online return form. After that, you will receive an email with every status update And we will do our best to process your return as quickly as possible. If you have not received any communication from us after 10 working days from the date of you returning the items, please contact customer service.

Did you not receive an email at all? It may take a few minutes before you receive the email and don't forget to check your spam box. If you have not received it at all, we ask you to contact customer service so that we can check whether we have received your return request.
